This is your house now.
"God puts a call on people's lives — and when they answer it, something shifts. You felt that. Something in you stirred, and you said yes. That yes was not an accident. You were made for this. I get to — not I have to. Welcome to the Riverchase Dream Team. We are so glad you're here."
— Elizabeth Farr, Dream Team DirectorWe begin and end with Him. We worship one and serve one. We pray first.
Every person is a life worth serving. People over policy. Find a way to say yes.
Not perfection — the relentless pursuit of better. We go above and beyond.
Joy is a decision. We bring energy to every environment. Intentionally approachable.
Culture is driven from conviction. Expressed through language. Revealed through behavior.
The language we use shapes the culture we build. This is how we talk about what we do.
As a Dream Teamer, you're part of making these happen.
Jesus saved us. Jesus called us. Together we win.
Slack is how we communicate. The Highlands App keeps you connected to the church.
No normal serve. Your first one is designed — from the moment you arrive to the moment you leave.
A Support Team member will be there watching for you — by name. You won't walk in wondering where to go or who to find. Someone is already looking for you.
Before anything else, you sit down over coffee. Real conversation — just you and someone who's genuinely glad you're here.
DTC — Dream Team Central — is your home base every Sunday. Rally is where the whole team gathers before service. About 10 minutes: devotional, vision, energy. You'll be there with your Support teammate.
Coffee in hand, you walk the campus as it comes alive. See the rooms, feel the energy, get a sense of the house before it fills.
You're walked to your team and introduced to your team leader in person. By name. With warmth. You belong here before you've done a single thing.
An experienced teammate is right there with you the whole service. You're not on your own — you're learning alongside someone who's done this and loves it.
You come back together at DTC. Prayer as a team. A welcome gift waiting for you. And before you leave, your next serve is stated out loud — so it's real, and so you know you're already part of this.
Everything you need to move through a Sunday with confidence.
Rally starts before service. Plan to arrive 10 minutes before rally — that's your real arrival time.
Your team leader will show you where to park on your first Sunday. The one thing to know before you get there: we always leave the closest spots for guests. That's not a rule — it's just who we are.
Highlands has its own vocabulary. Here's the cheat sheet.
Whatever you do, do it wholeheartedly — as if working for the Lord. How we show up on the outside reflects the care we have for the people we're serving.
You're not joining a team — you're joining a family. Here's who's in it.
These are the people who lead this campus. You'll see them on Sundays and you can always reach out.
Every team has a coach — a Dream Team leader who knows your team, shows up consistently, and has your back.
The right person is always close. Here's how to find them fast.
It's a privilege to be on this team. It all matters.
